The Bed and Breakfast La Scala rises at 1 km from the Gallura’s small town of Berchiddeddu, at about 12 km from Olbia (province of Olbia - Tempio), dipped in a 2 hectares green estate, which shows on the north east coast of Sardinia, with a beautiful sight on the gulf of Olbia.
The bed & breakfast offers hospitality in 2 comfortable and wide double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, both with independent entrance and sober furnished; one bedroom can become triple and both can be use as a single room. Hosts have choose do not provide TV in the rooms as well as air conditioning, usually not necessary (fans available, on demand); heating is present for winter time.
Breakfast is served in the gazebo near the house during the worm season or in the living room during the cold season. Breakfast buffet offers bread, butter, marmalade, cereals, yogurt, juices and several local products like traditional bread and jams, organic honey, typical sweets, salami and cheeses, tomatoes and organic olive oil. For guests who have particular needs related to allergies or diets, the B&B hosts provide for a appropriate breakfast (please note: ask for it at booking time).
Guests are received with a welcome drink and get the keys on arrival (room and estate external gates keys, with car park).
Dipped in a marvellous Mediterranean spot, the bed and breakfast La Scala is a relax oasis, a short drive from numerous of most renewed north Sardinia beaches as those around Olbia (15 minutes), San Teodoro (20 minutes), the Costa Smeralda (30 minutes). From the bed & breakfast are easily reachable several artistic and archaeological sites and the back mountain.
The estate is partly cultivated (vegetables, fruits, olives) and partly uncultivated to allow wild animals like partridges, rabbits, etc. The entire estate is accessible by guests and several areas are fitted out for relax, especially near the bedrooms.
Pets are allowed (please note: ask for it at booking time) in the garden, in a fenced area to share with the family Golden Retriever. Olbia (12 km) ensures lots of services like shops, banks, etc.
